Jack Sparrow Pirate Cutlass Sword

Yarrr, No Pirate would be caught dead without his cutlass. This sword is a perfect addition to any pirate enthusiast's collection!

Pirate cutlasses with full basket hand protection were used throughout the 17th to mid-19th centuries. The shorter length and weightiness of the cutlass was preferable for fighting in the close-quarters found aboard sailing ships out on the high sea. The Guards were made of brass to prevent rust and corrosion on the high seas.

The Detail has not been spared on our Jack Sparrow cutlass. This intricately detailed cutlass is 30" long and has a 22" stainless steel blade with a heavy blood groove. The cup style guard is cast metal bronze plated and adorned with a pirate ship at sea. Skulls, crossbones and flintlock pistols accent the cast metal throat and tip of the custom blade sheath. The weapon of choice for high sea adventure or battling scurvy landlubbers!
