These Sloppy Joe Folders and have been going like hot cakes. A great knife at a great price.

Our Sloppy Joe is 8-1/2" long with a 5" handle and a 3-3/4" blade. The blade is 440 stainless and the handle is brushed stainless. The blade has a nice wing which allows a slick wrist flick and the blade slings out fast as any spring loaded knife.
