Here are a few unusual items for your collection. Use them for self defense, restraint, or fun. It's up to you.

Thumb Cuffs: Professional heavy duty thumb cuffs are excellent compact restraints that make escape very difficult. Works best on men as women have smaller joints and may be able to wriggle out. Comes with 2 keys. Can single or double lock. Grooved interior of these thumb cuffs makes escape extremely painful if possible at all. 4.25 inches long. Very sturdy.

Put these on after a standard set of hand cuffs and they're not getting out of them. Thumb cuffs are a standard for officers that do not use nylon ties.
