Martial arts practice weapons are a great way to safely learn a new art or teach it. The bokken is a solid wood weapon in the shape of a samurai sword that simulates the katana wonderfully (choose the daito to learn the reverse blade arts). Our bamboo swords, known as shinai, is a hollow sword made of bamboo tied with leather and impacts with much less force than a bokken.
Escrima sticks, also known as Kali or Arnis, are martial arts sticks made for quick impacts and an art of their own. Escrima sticks are made of harder materials (like polycarbonate or labsica) last longer but impact with more force that a softer stick.
