If you would like to talk to a representative, please call our Customer Service Center at (256) 593-1311 from 11:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday Through Thursday and ask for Don.  If I am not there leave a message and I'll get back to you.  This is when I am at a physical store location.  I handle all the Extremely-Sharp questions.
